I finally made one
And I am happy about it
Truly..
Becuase its been many years thinking about it and finally I achieved my expectation

AAA Battery charger. Works okay. Just scared to let it go outside by itself charging

There are several different kinds of AAA battery, each requiring a different voltage and charge cutoff mechanism. Some can be damaged by overcharge and hurt you badly. Be careful please.

Hmm. Do you know where I can find the specs of each different battery?
I want to write A Manual for newbies like me.

And knowing these important things would be helpful

I want to know if I can add a Charge regulator to this. But I cant seem to find tiny ones.
