Best PV Panels

Could anyone tell me please, which country is producing best quality panels and why. any link which can help me in my early stage of research.

Solar panels are more or less a commodity; there isn't much difference in quality between countries.
Except...
http://www.enfsolar.com/directory/panel says there are about five times as many solar manufacturers in China as in any other country.
There are so many manufacturers in China, they've probably got a really good ecosystem
of people who know how to get things done in that industry, moving from company to company,
just as with electronics in general. And practice makes perfect.

China's like the wild, wild west. There's a lot of shady crap out there, but there's also some of the world's best stuff. Caveat emptor.
