Encapsulate cell by cell and wire with long copper wires

Hi,

I am really noob in panel construction.We always see inline wiring of cells.

I wonder if I could encapsulate cell by cell into sylguard 184 instead of the whole panel. Then connect the cells together with 2 meters of 2mm2 copper wire for example.

I own ebay's 3"x6" 1.8watt 0.5Volt solar cells, and would like to build a solar tree panel...
Will the cell be strong enough only with sylgard encapsulation?
How to get rid of air bubbles problem?

I was wondering this same thing. Has anyone thinned down the encapsulant and dipped the cells in, maybe a couple coatings? I would like to do this and cover my camper roof with the singly encapsulated cells and wire them all together. Will it be strong enough?
