Unfortunately that type of inverter is not allowed to be used anywhere in the US and Canada due to the lack of a UL listing.
Second issue is that most of the "plug in" grid tie inverters do not go through a rigorous inspection program and are built substandard which have resulted in failures causing fires. I would think twice before you use one of them.
