thanks in advance to anyone who can help .I am using 12 rows of ten cells 1.8 w .5 v on a old sliding glass door and will use liquid silicone 2 part encapsulate need configuration help so I wont have problems later with charge controller inverters etc. what be the best voltage to make if I series I get 216 watts 60 v but how will that affect later panel plan to make at least 3 more with the glass where is my plan faulty I am a newbie help please

You could series them all together in one string ( would add a bunch of bypass diodes like 6)

to each of the 12 rows, and with steady sun, they should each produce about the same voltage & current. These are the
same points to which you might be attaching bypass diodes later.
My own DIY panel attempts, even with cells pre tested, sometimes would end up with faulty cells. These can be shorted or
otherwise wired out to let the rest function best. good luck, Bruce RoeComment
