HELP, Compatibility with solar charge controller and solar panel.

Hi, I need some help from some one who knows about solar panels.. I live in Costarica, the mountains of Talamanca, basically in the middle of the jungle with my family of friends, its a self sufficient community and we are about to introduce solar system on our project.. but we need some profesional help and here this topic is complicated... thing is we allready got a 1450amp truck battery that works just fine with a electric converter from 12v to 120.. now we are about to buy two things, a Solar charge controller:

.. need suggestions, we dont know if we are making a wise choice.. and what i really like help with is with the fact of the connectivity of this panel im about to buy and build up and this solar charge controller, what kind of cable does it use? this two together are gonna work.

Actually none of that stuff is very good.
The charge controller has a max input voltage of 30v which is extremely low for an MPPT charger.
I would suggest a Morningstar Tristar mppt.
Secondly that battery is huge at 1400AH and should be charged at a C/10 Where C= Amp hour capacity of the battery at the 20 hour rate) rate if flooded lead acid (has caps that you can replace the water in.)
That means that that battery should have a panel capable of producing about 140A to the battery. That panel will produce about 10 at most.
So to make that work would take 2 60A charge controllers and 1680W of solar power.
Now is that battery which you say is a truck battery is that 1450 CCA or 1450 AH.
If there is only a CCA rating then you will destroy your battery within a years time as they are not designed to be used in this application as they are not deep cycle batteries. they are designed for a very short high amp load and to be recharged fully immediatly.

Thanks for your answer. yes it is a deep cycle so works perfect , so ur telling me I need 1680W of solar power? theres no way of doing it with less panels? and 2 60A charge controllers? do you have any low cost suggestion for this two things? thanks

Yes two of those and some grid tie panels that you can perhaps get for about $1 per watt on special (don;t know about shipping and import duty there)

Please state the make and model of the battery that is huge for a single 12V battery and I truly suspect it is not a deep cycle battery.
