Ripped out cables - new junction box - snapped tab - fixable?

I had a solar panel on the roof of my campervan than i managed to knock slightly when reversing under a car port. The cables got ripped out of the junction box.
The panel was bought new and has approx 6 months usage so basically new, so i want to fix it if possible.

I managed to get the existing junction box (JMTHY) off using a blade and some thin cable used to get windscreens off cars.
The metal tabs that make the connection to the panels were buried deep in silicone, so i had to dig pretty deep, and in the process i managed to snap the tab on the right off. The other 3 are still attached but are covered in silicone.

Ideally i want to put a new junction box on and start using the panel again, but i've no idea how to fix the tab issue. The other tabs are looking weak also, and may snap easily.

Is this task possible for a solar novice?

In my opinion you are SOL. Once the actual panel is disturbed breaking the moisture barrier, its
just a matter of time till failure. Bruce Roe

I concur, the panel is scrap. So now, take it off, and feel free to experiment with what ever you want. It may work for a week, or for a year, but I bet it goes bad the day before a big trip when you are going to count in it working.
