DIY - How much solar panel power do I need to freeze water in a cooler and how?

Great forum. Noob with questions here.

I'm trying to use this guide to build a DIY 12 Volt Air Conditioner for a regular cab pickup truck. The fan is only a 4watt 12 volt and will sit outside the cab.

Mix of questions.

Any chance I can run that fan off my trucks battery for 8 hours without fully draining my battery?
If not, can 100watt panel charge up a deep cycle 12 volt battery in 6 solid hours of florida sun?
For day time use, what's the cheapest solar panel hookup just to run this fan?
Anybody know if most cars can run their AC fan room temp without the car running for eight hours without damaging the cars battery?

Thermoelectric devices (Peltier/Seebeck junctions) are too inefficient and compressor type coolers are too complex and take too much energy. In my opinion anyway.

The product is well insulated and can keep stuff cool IF the box stays closed. If you put in warm food the time taken to cool it will be annoyingly long. If you put in liquid water, it might take days to freeze it. The higher the surrounding air temperature, the higher the lowest temperature limit it can reach.
