need helps conencting solar inverter and solar controller issues

    Hello Guys,

I am seeking for some advise. I have a home made DIY solar system. We made off grid application.

I am very confused about the connection to be made with the solar controller.

Should i connect the solar controller directly to battery and also connect the inverter to battery directly?

because the solar controller seems not able to power the inverter which is 2500w.

    please advise

The charge controller has to be connected to the batteries, otherwise your solar panels will not be able to charge the batteries!
Also, because of the amount of current the inverter draws, it should always be connected to the batteries directly.

You cannot connect the inverter to the charge controller...you will damage the charge controller!!
Always connect the inverter directly to the batteries.

Be sure to use the proper fuses and disconnects in your interconnections
