Measuring unknown solar panels

I got some used panels. The stickers are faded and you cant read any numbers.

I would like to know the best way to figure out what each panels out put is.


So far i have figured out how to measure the voltage, and dead short amperage. Can you please tell me how to figure out what realistic numbers would be for these?

Voltage 19v
Amps 0A

Voltage 0v
Amperage 23A

Would a horrible guess be?
Voltage 12V
amps 12A?

I'd call it at 16V, 20A, and that's what I'd expect a MPPT charge controller to deliver to a low battery. When a battery has a partial charge, it won't accept the full output of panels. And, your 19V open circuit panels, will loose some voltage when loaded. Generally panels for 12V systems will be 21V open ckt, and 19V under load.
