    Morningstar 300 or Xantrex Prowatt?

Which is the better option? I really like the Morningstar 300, but I can purchase this xantrex 600w for about $100 cheaper. Any benefit to the Morningstar over the Xantrex? The Xantrex is a true sine wave inverter.

The suresine 300w is a modern, highly efficient inverter. It can deliver 600 for 10 minutes, and more for starting surges.
    Optimum efficiency 92% @ 50 -100W, drops to 85% @ 300W
No load current draw 0.45 A on, 0.025 off

The prowatt 600 will burn more power in idle or standby modes:
    Optimum efficiency 90%
    No load current draw < 0.6 A
They don't publish an efficiency curve, so it's not likely to be as good as the Suresine.

They do have a nice metering display on the prowatt SW. What will you be recharging your batteries with ?

I will be charging them with the morningstar ps30m. I thought about getting the outback mppt and still may, but figured I would save money on the MPPT for now since I was able to get another 205 watt panel for the money I saved on the charge controller. These were my 2 options.

      2 205 Evergreen Panels
      1 Moringstar PS30M
      Total: $720

      or

      1 205 Evergreen Panel
      1 Outback FX60 MPPT
      Total: $835

I understand that the MPPT is more efficient, but I thought I would get more bang for my buck with the extra panel. I still may get the Outback though If I decide to expand on the system. Whats your opinion on the purchase that I chose?
